  • Praavie operates exclusively through our official online store.

  • Praavie is not liable for purchases made via unauthorized websites, fraudulent retailers, or social media accounts that misuse our brand assets.

  • Our creations are thoughtfully designed and digitally printed. While we commit to delivering the highest quality, we cannot guarantee that every product will meet individual expectations or serve purposes beyond its original design.
  • You agree to pay the purchase price displayed on our website at the time of order. All pricing is set at our sole discretion and may be updated without prior notice. 
  • In the rare event of a pricing error, Praavie reserves the right to cancel the order. 

 

COLOUR   ACCURACY 

While we strive to present product colours as accurately as possible on our website, the actual colours you see may vary based on your device’s display settings, screen resolution, and lighting conditions. Praavie cannot be held responsible for variations in colour appearance due to these factors.

 

ORDER & PURCHASE TERMS 

By completing your payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms in their entirety. If any aspect of these terms does not meet yourexpectations, we respectfully ask that you reconsider placing an order. 

 

ORDERS  AND  CANCELLATION

 

Orders & Cancellations  by Praavie

  • We respectfully reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in instances of pricing inaccuracies or limited availability.
  • If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery. Requests received after this will not be eligible for review or resolution. 
  • In such cases include your order number, date of transaction and clear images and videos of the product. Valid claims will be addressed through replacement within 7-10 business days.  
  • Praavie respectfully retains full authority to determine the validity of all orders and cancellations. 

 

Orders & Cancellations by You 

Due to the artisanal nature of our products, all orders are final once confirmed. We cannot accommodate cancellations, refunds, credit notes, or gift cards. All purchases are final. 

 

PAYMENT 

  • You accept the product prices as listed on our website. 
  • You acknowledge having reviewed and accepted the specifications, descriptions,and dispatch timelines provided on each product page for the items you wish to purchase. 
  • Please note that shipping timelines cannot be expedited after an order is placed, as each piece requires careful processing and preparation. Full payment for all products is required at the time of checkout. 
  • All purchases are final. We do not offer returns and refunds once a purchase is completed.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to circumstances such as out of stock items, shipping constraints, pricing errors, or issues with payment authorization.

  • Collecting or tracking others’ personal information without consent;

  • Pursuing obscene or immoral purposes;

Praavie reserves the right to take legal action against any user engaging in fraudulent activities, unlawful behaviour, or violations of these terms. This includes pursuing all available remedies under applicable laws. In such cases, Praavie may immediately terminate user accounts and cancel all pending orders without liability. No refunds will be issued for transactions linked to prohibited use of the website.
