SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

Praavie is dedicated to ensuring your selected masterpiece is delivered with the care and excellence it deserves. We have meticulously outlined our shipping protocols to provide clarity and assurance throughout your order's journey.

GLOBAL SHIPPING  

We deliver worldwide. Shipping within India is complimentary. International shipping charges are calculated based on volumetric weight and applied during checkout.

TAXES & DUTIES 

International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Please note that all import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the product price. These charges are determined by customs regulations and cannot be estimated or controlled by us.

DISPATCH  & DELIVERY

  • Orders are dispatched within 4 to 5 business days.
  • Delivery within India is completed within 24 to 48 working hours post dispatch. 
  • Tracking details will be sent via email once your order is dispatched. 
  • Please note that delivery timelines may occasionally vary due to courier delays or customs clearance processes. 

DELIVERY TERMS

  • For international deliveries, address changes cannot be accepted once an order is confirmed. For domestic deliveries, address modifications are not permitted once the order is dispatched.
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address and phone number or recipient absence will result in the order being returned to us.
  • Orders returned for these reasons are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or credit notes. Reshipment of orders returned to us will incur additional shipping fees.

EXPRESS SHIPPING 

Praavie does not offer express shipping.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Inspired by devotion and packed with utmost care, every product undergoes meticulous quality assurance to ensure it meets our sacred standards of excellence. This unwavering commitment to quality is why we do not accept returns or refunds. All purchases are final. 

Exchanges are offered only for fulfilment errors (e.g., incorrect product shipped or defective items). To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting images/videos. Exchanges are subject to availability and verification. Kindly note, the original product must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with all packaging and tags. The return courier cost will be borne by the customer.

DELIVERY ASSURANCE

Praavie is not liable for delays, damages, or loss occurring during the entire shipping journey. While we partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure careful handling, these external processes remain beyond our control.
